Some time ago I played Dirty Dancing to my 11 years old daughter. We watched it together, it was great even though she pretended she didn't like it because - You know, it's a boomer stuff. This evening I caught her watching it in her room lol. I was so glad that this kind of 60's stuff appealed to her, that it evoked her interest and made her reach for it on her own. I admit it was quite surprising, in a nice way. My mum loved it, I love it and now it seems that my daughter also likes it. It's such a great, timeless and unforgettable classic.

Don't tell me I am the only one here after 12 years.
I get that you're referring to the time this got uploaded, but I hope you do realise this is actually nearly 33 years old?
@@halvedemi Yes. I was referring to the upload time. Time flies so quickly. Also, take care of yourself random stranger! 2020 is such a chaotic year. 🤗❤️
@@ritik1857 Thank you, same to you!
I'm here!

I look this video up every once in a while to put myself in a good mood. I loved this movie as a kid and this is by far the best scene. Gives me chills. RIP Patrick Swayze ❤

My favorite part is the last, when the elder women start to dance, no matter they aren't flexible because this music is contagious
Man, this guy was a legend, sadly he left us early RIP Mr. Swayze

I was't born in the 80s but I love the 80s
Sorry but if you was *born* in the 80s you will remeber nothing real from this time. Maybe the 90s will bring some real memorys for you and not just some blurred pictures..
HI
Я родился в 81. Фильм супер. Я пережил 90 е.
80's was the time of life ...
I wasn't born in 70s but i love the 70s
Absolutely no one can do do that dance like Patrick did !!! So smooth and effortless!!!!
Derek Hough would be the one to top it
Can't get enough of this movie! 💕 I love how basic it is but also quite captivating. I was surprised to learn the main characters of Jennifer and Patrick didn't see eye to eye during filming. Their on screen chemistry is fire!!!! 💕 And this is one of my fav songs too. 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
You are an incredible human being.you've got all the right moves.
Who dances like this in 2019 ?? Miss you Mr. Patrick !
I ALWAYS WILL BE LOVE THAT MOVIE.
I miss Patrick

As you should.

I'm gonna force whoever I marry to do learn this exact dance too, lifts and all. I don't care if it takes years. It WILL happen

Really weird 🥺
