    I know this is a older video but I have a few tips that that I hope can help! Thus project can be completely free & extremely cute by cutting a tree branch of your choice for the curtain rods and the fabric can come from old sheets, old skirt, shirts, pants, etc. If I like colors or print of a shirt, sheet, or anything, but I dont wear or use anymore, I save it in a bag, for projects just like this! So you wont need to buy a thing for this project! Reuse & renew! 💗

    Also you could cut a slit into thd end of the two pieces and then use the same knot through the hole. If that makes any sense

    • @celestesmith1761
      @celestesmith1761 Месяц назад

      @@taymakenzieI was going to say the same thing. You can look up no sew rag rug for a visual. Most of them use this technique. At the end of the fabric, fold over like a half an inch and take a pair of scissors and make a tiny slit. When you unfold there should be a hole. Do this on both ends to all the pieces of fabric. Take one end and the end of another, line up the hole and pull one end up through like a sort of slipknot. Like I said there are loads of videos for visuals. Hope that helped rather than confused you more

    I love the idea of using a tree branch as a curtain rod. Add fairy lights. Make it kind of fairy themed for a little girl or even an adult, too. :) I did this but was drawn to staying within a color scheme. The first one was all whites, off white, bright weight, cream colored. I love how you tied them and showed how to make loops. Adding charms is a great idea as well-that has the added benefit of adding a little weight to a room divider
