I simply loved the tea at Lan Fong Yuen! It’s such a welcoming, clean restaurant. The elderly lady at the till is an institution. They help you out even if you can’t speak or read any Cantonese. There HK style French Toast was also very tasty.
Don't ever, ever go to Lang Fong Yuen, unless you want to be shouted at and be treated like shit by the staff. They think they're doing you a favour for you to eat there. The food is not even nice and the price is extortionate. There are many many better places to eat around Central. You have been warned.
That tea maker is so clean and pays attention to detail making sure to never waste a drip
You are right, it seems easy what he does but it is not. However properly spouted tea kettles help a lot...

What a really well filmed video thank you! Damn it's such a shame what Covid has done to the world, I can't wait to go back to Hong Kong some day!
next time im going to central which is only like 15-20 minutes to where I live.I need to get more bubble tea.
Am I the only one worrying about the pot overflowing?
gosh i miss home
Can i ask what floor is the chungking mansion branch?
how you do to travel so much?
why is he pouring some of the tea into the large pot on the left? never seen that done before.
He's squeezing all of the goodness from the remaining tea in the bag, he's collecting the remaining tea and serve later
@@MrAlan1828 Isn't that tea waste, he's not even using a single drop of tea from that big pot
绿茶很好喝
camera setup?
A million times better than starbucks and 1/3 the price.....!
Starbucks doesn't make Hong Kong milk tea
does he add powdered milk, or full cream milk powder at 1:53
it's condensed milk. :)
traditionally it only uses evaporated milk but now they use a mix of condensed and evaporated milk
Why the woman screams? Does the tea taste better with scream (not cream ah, ah)?
A tea with scream, table 4!
Alastrim she’s asking the customers how many seats they need
that's just how things work in hk.
The woman is on the street, its noisy , she needs to call out the order so everybody can work efficiently. Its common in Hong Kong

I was treated like a King. Do you speak Cantonese?
Much overrated.
