The JDM H22a Swap was a success! The Prelude was running on starter fluid to prime then the fuel pump wouldn’t produce enough pressure for the fuel to travel from tank to the injectors. The fuel pump was intermittently turning on and off.. After checking all fuses and the main relay, I came to a conclusion that the Fuel Pump is already on it’s way out.. The car has a lot of miles already, took this opportunity to do the fuel pump too..
Few other things I plan on doing in couple of days:
Valve Adjustment
Interior Clean Up and Seat swap [fronts and rears]
Suspension Job / Wheel hub and Bearings / Axle

Awesome video man. I'm looking for a coolant connection pipe. H22a it has two outlets for oil cooler. Can not find one anywhere. Any help is appreciated
Thanks Bro! Do you have a right name for the part you're looking for? Or part number? I could possibly help you source one.. or it is the oil cooler line before you screw the oil filter?
@@PinoyStyleDIY it's the coolant pipe from waterpump to thermostat housing. It has two outlets for oil cooler lines. Mine is rusted bad on both ends. Hope that helps what part I'm referring to.

After replacing the fuel pump, it primes but doesn't start. I have 2 gallons in the tank. How much fuel is required to be in the fuel tank for car to start?
When I got this prelude from the previous owner, the gas tank was empty, bone dry.. because the previous owner replaced the gasoline tank.. hence it was empty.. my initial fill with this prelude was about 2 gallons too.. it was enough for me to start the car and test drive for a bit before fueling it up.. with 2 gallon of gas the needle didn't even moved.. until I fill it up at the pump..
NEVER USE A VACUUM ON OR NEAR YOUR GAS TANK L.... THE FUMES WILL CAUSE IGNITION OF THE FUEL VAPOR!
