Vaping is just as bad. It can cause popcorn lung. A friend of mine has a son who developed it. He's now on oxygen all the time and on disability. He's only 36 and won't live to see 40. The only safe way to quit smoking is cold turkey. My aunt takes Chantix, but it has side effects. Bridget does need to stop asap. She's way to young to already have that nasty phlegm rattle when she laughs or coughs.
