I personally don't really use it, I never see good deals there. But they have buyer protection as well

I''ve bought used mics and mouthpieces off of them, only good experiences the few times I've used them (i had some weird stuff with tracking as one mic was shipped from australia, but they were helpful locating my package and getting it on the way to me!)
