It kinda hurts my heart to see the most recent video tour of the space- whoever staged it took every ounce of spirit/heart/soul that Petra put into this home, and for some reason, decided to instead, decorate it like a corporate waiting room... with the $17k/month price point and stark new vibe, it kinda looks like a spot that someone who is probably a big butthead is gonna live. :(
She did all the work to renovate the place, her lease runs out soon and she is a bit worried that she will be outbid for a new lease. Because of all the positive exposure I'm sure a few people, much more wealthy then here will be eyeing the place.
What an amazing home! She's made it so beautiful!
The company I work with installed the kitchen in there and the bathrooms. Amazing view
That's cool good for you. Never knew about that structure. How blessed and fortunate.
I'd hate to be caught in a fire (or earthquake) up there.
It is now 2021. I pass by this building everyday... I wonder if she still lives there. More power to you Petra
its available for rent now for 17k a month
@@EpicRainbowLollipop Sheesh, 17K is just
pocket change :o)~
Was her 20 year lease up already?
@@soaring1this video was 2010

Oh nooooooo! Why did she leave I wonder?
This is amazing.
Amazing pad (and an amazing woman!)
When Seattle was a great city
This woman must be at least worth 10 million.

@@xonx209 sadly she has moved out. Rent will be $17K a month.
Somebody's got a truckload of $$ to afford that. How is it during an earthquake?
got money?
This place is ass for the what the rent will run you
Certainly looks cool. Downtown Seattle is the last place I'd want to be. Full of homeless camps, criminals, and wreckless drivers.
Homeboy is a wimp yo.
The thing I miss most about Seattle, is the Pioneer Square crowd! Maddies, 611, Double Header, Bogarts.
welcome to any big city in america
