The audience is able to see the animation in the big screen on the stage! In previous ceremonies, they used actual holograms by projecting them onto glass (2019), and another year used augmented reality where you can actually SEE the models on stage if you were wearing the AR glasses! My favorite part of this year was baekhyun from exo, ozi, and nwjns
The Worlds 2023 Finals Opening Ceremony ft. NewJeans, HEARTSTEEL (and More) WAS INSANEEE!!! I went into this reaction sooo blind but I'm happy I decided to watch the entire ceremony and not just New Jean's (뉴진스) performance. The production was absolutely flawless. Now I'm intrigued.... I just might check out the previous year especially since it had songs I loved from the 2022 league of legends soundtrack with Lil Nas & Jackson Wang. #뉴진스 #newjeans #leagueoflegends
If you enjoyed this performance, I highly suggest checking out 2019 live ceremony. In my opnion it was the best far far with zero competition from the other ceremonies.
this year's finals were a fantastic watch, even if it was very one-sided; it was just extremely satisfying to watch a team that used to absolutely and utterly dominate the game back 7-10 years ago come back to form and absolutely roll through the competition also, Worlds has a music video every year focusing on one of the players that won Worlds the year before and their journey (ever since 2018, as 2014 was just a cool music video with focus on the game but nobody in specific; 2015-16 referenced and was showing players and (for 2016) what they're famous for (which is harder to get if you don't actually know any of them); and 2017 was just like a cool cinematic); and this is on top of just regular song releases Riot does, and they're all worth a watch (even ones for the other game they develop, Valorant; they're also really well done) if there's any song i'd recommend it'd be Rise that was featured in this ceremony and The Call; first being a Worlds music video from a few years ago, other being a game cinematic with a song by 2WEI, Louis Leibfried, Edda Hayes
Thanks so much for your comment! 🙏🏽I’ll definitely be checking out so more content, i saw some about Faker that has me intrigued. Definitely will check out Rise as well. Thanks for the recommendations, appreciate it 😊
League worlds is the biggest in the world. i watched in live and the first game before i realized it was 4am and i had to sleep lol. Next year its in london. If you want to learn league my group teaches. I'm a streamer. We do lots of games together.
