I love it,not knowing what's gonna be is the most interesting part of playing wiith the paints, beautiful
Agreed! Not knowing what they're gonna do is the best part and often surprising! :-)
This painting is MAGICAL.
Did anyone else hear "pansy purple" and think of the Mighty Morphin Flower Arrangers? (REALLY wish I bought the shirt when I saw it.)
HAHA! Thanks so much! I used to watch the power rangers but that didnt cross my mind, thats hilarious!
Wish I could take credit,@@manolimotionbut I saw it on a T-shirt years and years ago.
oh wow! it wasn't working for me at first but you were right the end result is absolutely amazing!!
Thanks so much John! Yea, its so messy at first, lol
Super cool Manoli! Looks like fun and the end result is fantastic! *here's me laughing at you not knowing what a pansy is except you LOL*

That turned out super cool! 👍
Thanks so much Nick! :-)
WOW I bloody love it
Thanks so much! :-)
This is a different technique an it’s cool,I’m gonna try this one. Hope to see more like this.
Thanks so much Ryan! Yes, I'll have more videos on this technique in the very near future. Please et me know if you have any questions. I think youll get the best results with this technique by layering your paints from least most dense, that is if you dont want any cells or lacing. :-)
Dude! I have never seen anything like this before! You invented a new technique! This is gorgeous. Great choices on the bright colors. Very 3D!
Thanks so much Melody! :-) Been playing with this technique for a while now So happy you like it!
OMG can't wait to try this!! Amazing job Manoli ❤
Thank you so much! :-)
Yup! Certainly inspiring to me to give it a try. looks like tremendous fun and I love the finished artwork.
Thanks so much Priscilla! Excited for you to try it out. You got this! :-)

Wow that is pretty awesome. Such vibrant colors which I'm used to seeing you use. And that trawl. At first when I was watching Lance I said where did he get that big pallet knife.🤔🤣 LOL I'm loving it the technique the outcome and just throwing paint around. 🤩🤩🥳🥳👍🤜🤛✌️✌️🙋♀️
Thank you so much Lisa! This one was my first scoop and fold video. Thankfully I'm getting positive feedback :-)
This looks amazing! I want to try this! So funny you don’t know what a pansy is❣️. Hilarious! You’re so fun to watch!
✌️💜😊
Haha! Thanks so much! :-) well, I definitely know what it is now after this video, lol
The layer and flip turned out so colorful and the red lacing spectacular 😊 just found your channel 😊
Thanks so much Daisy! :-)
Hi Manoli, I just started painting as well. I have watched a lot of leftbrainartist on RUclips as well as Molly on RUclips.. I've learned a lot from them.. just thought I would share that w you.. I have a long ways to go myself.. but you are doing great... I'm determined to get something out of it.. lol
Thanks so much Cathy! Yes, they are great artists and very talented. Ive learned a lot myself by gathering information from other artists here and there.
The colors are awesome! Cant wait to try!
Thanks so much Kathy! You got this! :-)
@@manolimotion I’m wondering how it would work with the Amsterdam pearl paints & black🤔
I think it would turnout awesome actually! As long as the black is more dense so it doesn’t cover the other colors :-)
@@manolimotion So make the black a little thinner? I definitely want to try this and I’ll let you know!
@kathyz8203 I would say either try mixing the black a little thinner but more importantly, try using a black that has a higher density such as liquitex mars black. I’d also try experiment first on a small area of a canvas to make sure the black doesn’t take over the other colors. Hope that helps :-)
Woweo-Something truly original in this medium with great results - well done!
Thanks so much Annelise!
That was pretty cool. Heading to the workbench to give this a try.
P.S. you're not a pansy! And yes, it's a flower.
Thanks so much Beth! You got this, its a fun technique! Well, lets just say if I were to be a flower, it would be a pansy :-)
Yes, that looked like a right mess as you were doing it, but the end result was amazing. I can't wait to try it for myself.
Thanks so much Paul! I'm excited for you to try it! :-)
Amen to the ADHD I’m right there with you!
Its so terrible on some days :-/
Finde deine Bilder sehr schön aber die Musik nervt. Sorry für die Kritik. Ich schau sie deshalb lautlos aber dann höre ich deine Erklärungen nicht
I was curious to what size of canvas you use if you don't mind sharing. T i a
This one was an 18 x 18 inch canvas.
Pansy are flowers lol
Haha! I learned that very fast after posting this video :-)
First time watching you. Absolutely love what you are doing -- going beyond the norm! Love this piece and your technique. I just subscribed and will be looking forward to what you come up with next!!
