After living since 2021 in Coimbra I really appreciate your videos !! I'm totally fluent in Castellano (aka Spanish, but there are five languages in Spain) Portuguese is very similar to Galego. This was very helpful! One thing, using the microwave to cook meats, not warm them, changes the meat protein. Not the most healthy thing. My favorite oyster preparation is barbecued. 😋 Obrigada!
