    Very nicely done. I'm shocked at how buttery that primed through considering what the first bit of material looked like coming out the end of that hose. Love the videos brother. Your channel has become a staple of my Sunday morning routine. 👍👍👍

    My 2nd job on Monday was that long but we use 4 inch line and only put on the 3 inch line where we are pouring because concrete can be hit and miss for pumping that's why we use 4 inch line and it started raining while setting up and stopped when we where blowing out.

      @MuddyfeetConcretePumping if your serious, give me a shout. The owner is coming down on Monday with it for a deck pour we have, after that he's going to park it at our shop. I guess we're on our own after that. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. We have the 2.5" line ordered up and we'll see how things go from there. If we don't like it over the next 6 months or year, it may be on the market. Time will tell.

    Two questions, when youre priming out, do you send a couple strokes of slurry through the lines before the mud hits the hopper. or do you send eberything through at once? Also, whats a good PSI for blowing lines?

      First try to use cement as your primer (full bag for 3 gallons of water) second try to run no drier than a 5 slump 5.5sk and nothing bigger than 3/8" rock for a 2.5" hose

    I recently bought a similar line pump……my question is, when you prime out with Portland mix, do you put a sponge in the line as well? Also, same question when you clean out with air. Sponge ball in the line? Or no?

    • @MuddyfeetConcretePumping
      @MuddyfeetConcretePumping  2 года назад +1

      I don’t use a sponge to prime out with. I do use a wet paper bag or sponge to blow the hoses out with.

    Are you having any problems with getting concrete. In the Phoenix area, concrete is at a premium. About a two week wait for concrete.
    We have a shortage of powder. About $ 140 a yd. with surcharges for fuel, EPA regs, under 8 yds, returned concrete, and wash out fee.
    Hope this companies have to beg to sell concrete in the future!!!!!!
