Straddling corporations with debt through whatever means (IPO, m&as, direct lending, etc) is of little to no relevance for laypersons struggling with student loans and credit card debt. It's equivalent to someone having a cheat sheet for peasants in 11th century Europe to become powerful land owners/knights. It's non sense.

So a big THANK YOU to you for helping me in my journey of finding the right thing for me. I hope you’ll continue this Chanel and go onto helping millions around the world.
Maybe one day we can meet and I can try giving back to you, at least some of the help you provided me with!

Make sure you do not study Economics, Business, Accounting, Investments... Theoretical non-sense. You learn more by You-Tube and Paper trading. And as several people have suggested: do the sciences, like a discipline of engineering at University. IB's like non-business students, more interesting.. why? you will be communicating alot - the knowledge of business is regurgitated often at work and during your training - and you have access to analysts and economics which makes up for your shortfall - so you'll pick it up but you won't be an interesting person if you spoke about it all day and especially to clients. Be different to stand out!

Let me help you out. All tokenomics beyond bitcoin's fair launch are designed for the insiders, VCs & early investors to profit at the expense of later investors. Yes, all of them. There may only be 1 or 2 (or zero) tokens that actually find a use case (other than bitcoin) and you have 20,000+ of them to sort thru. Much easier road to travel with risk free results is learn about bitcoin only & save yourself the doomed path that won't likely end up anywhere helpful to society.
Bottom line: study bitcoin, buy bitcoin & go back to medical genetics and offer value to the world that way. Much easier path. I've been in crypto since 2017 and other than bitcoin it's all way more risky than a casino.

Hi, Jay: I really appreciate you creating this content and sharing what you learned with the public. It’s truly invaluable. Thank you so much!
When a company lists their IPO and they receive money for those shares does it do this primarily to sow it back into their company ?

Appreciate that! I think the best resource I have is a video I made a while back called “How to get a Job at Goldman Sachs” A BIG chunk of that video covers the outreach/interview process! If you scroll toward the bottom of my uploads you’ll find it :)

Very informal, I’m 20 and this helped me out a lot. I’m studying accounting right now as a 3rd year. I am very interested in the finance part of things though.
