I like the way everyone just sits there at the end .. like they are afraid to clap for fear they will break the spell... You have to figure that most in the audience were just recovering from the catch their breath caused by the magic of this performance.

As a gutiarist myself of 41 yrs. I can say that there simply arnt any superlitives to describe THAT. No psalms..no clever spins..that is pure love for what you do. And NOBODY does this style better. Sounds nice and sooo easy to play. As far as pick-ups go, forget about them. Use a mic. You'll be glad you did

Ive heard a hundred cover's of this classic over the decades ...considering he took in the time signature and instrumentation of an entire ensemble this IS one of the most fascnating renditions ....boiled down to 6 strings and ten fingers that exists a true inspiration and credit to the craft.
The sound that only you can create on an acoustic guitar..... blended masterfully with your unique arrangement....setting up each piece and ending so pleasingly...raising a simple song to unbelievable heights... this is the work of a genius!!

Ive played guitar for over 40 years myself and some of the things Tommy does apear impossible! It maks mewant to practice more on some occasions and burn my guitar on others! Tommy we are in Awe! Last time I saw this MASTER, he had 6 new guitars. He broke and wore out the old 6. A joy to hear in a music hall or a bar.
