I think that the change of venue request is unfair to the victims and their families and the community.
Kohberger should be tried in the same place where he allegedly committed this crime. They've already torn down the house where the crime occurred, to try to erase it from memory. Now they're trying to move him to a place where people may not have heard much about case, when it has been heard about all over the world anyway. It's just another delay tactic. And they need to get this trial going... justice delayed is still justice denied.

There is still too many unanswered questions. In my opinion.
Why the delay in calling 911?
Why were students invited to see the crime scene before police.
What about forensic findings?
Was there more than one person involved?
Was this a drug deal gone wrong
What would be BK motive?
Are the police covering up crucial information?
Why was the house leveled BEFORE the trial.
Was there really only one footprint at the scene???
What about the blood forensics?
I could go on but it's sad to see so many people make judgment against BK, without knowing any other information about this mass murder.
In my opinion, something is not right here.

Nothing in the PCA points to his guilt, and if you actually watched the hearings you would know that the actual evidence that has come out in court points to him not being the guy, in fact he wasnt in moscow that night, he wasnt in idaho at the time of crime. As for my age, im old enough to go to the hearings so next time you watch them you can waive at me

I don't care if this trial is held on the moon. As long as the state can prove 100%, beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury that this individual committed these crimes, that to me is what it all boils down to. Truth and justice for all involved.

Does Kohberger realize just how many people in Boise have graduated from U of I or know someone currently attending there! The people of Idaho are close knit so I'm sure this crime has had an impact on the entire state. Bring him to Boise, he will face justice and get what he deserves. I wish they’d just get on with it.

EXACTLY! So, if they actually researched for facts, they'd see they shouldn't have arrested him for lack of evidence, improper procedure, and Brady violations.
I think people that think he’s guilty have formed their opinions around the factual evidence that has been put out to the public. We’re usually our common sense and logic. I personally am not listening to the info if it wasn’t given by the prosecution as factual. The DNA is his, the physical description is obviously his, the cell data and surveillance are damning and consistent with each other…. That’s what I’m forming my opinion around as of right now and that’s the case for many others. We’re not programmed by the “media”. The evidence isn’t something that was made up by the “media”. It was gathered through investigation by detectives.

Kohberger is toast ...doesnt matter where the trial is ...

Maybe you can become his “Prison Wife,” and put money in his commissary for him. People with your mindset are what’s wrong with this country. He will get his day in court and then he will file appeal after appeal and drag the deceased loved ones through countless trials. As for me, my focus will be on his loved ones and not on him.

Well they aren’t picking on him because of his hair or skin color. They are looking at the evidence that the prosecution has and forming their opinion around that. He has no proof of his own alibi so how can the ones that think he’s guilty, be swayed.? They likely won’t. While he doesn’t have the burden of proof.. this is why it’s important to try and prove your innocence. If you have nothing.. we’re left to look at only the evidence. GUILTY!!

This should not be moved, ain't no way this man has already spent enough money with police detectives and everything else that is involved in a high-profile especially for murders! He needs to suck it up and they need to have it right there, it is costing too much money as it is. There is no reason for this and the community deserves to have it where it is at!

The idea that because we all are so glued to and aware of this case does not suggest that the majority of people in the country are even vaguely aware of it. There’s no doubt this trial needs to be moved in order to give BK the possibility of a fair chance.

@@twizlestick8120 Also possibly true, although that population is quite small hovering around 25,000 people. It’s unlikely they will find an unbiased jury selection in that community. The defense in this case also needs to exploit every option they have to exonerate BK. If it is kept in Moscow and he is proven innocent, it would be one for the ages!

The idea of a survey sounds like perhaps even something of an excellent idea... as it might be needed elsewhere such ad outside of Moscow or wherever... , because surely you can find somewhere... in the US, to ensure a more dependably fair trial for the degenfant. And continuously searching until you do should always be an option. I'd hope that the Moscow community having the "home court advantage" for exposure to this trial case (with all due respect...) places literally absolutely nothing of a barrier over the original reasuurance of the rights that Brian was personally read... that he would have the right to a fair trial.
