Aiki Taiso - Movement 4 - Tekubi Shindo Waza

This video demonstrates the fourth movement of Aiki Taiso. This continues our series of instructional videos intended to support dojo students in their home training.
Aiki Taiso is a series of exercises typically performed at the beginning of a Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido class. The exercises represent the underlying movements of the Aikido techniques practices in normal training.
Apologies for the quality of the video. I took the view that it was better to put some content up rather than shoot the video again.
