- Staying at a mountain-top hotel in SWITZERLAND - Berggasthaus Staubern + hiking to Saxer Lücke for sunrise!
I've been on a solo road trip in Switzerland for almost a week at this point. For the most part I've been travelling in a camper van, but in this video I take a short break from van life to go sleep on top of a mountain! Join me for my stay at Berggasthaus Staubern. We will eat delicious Swiss food and go on a sunrise hike to Saxer Lücke - an incredible ridge line in the Alpstein range of the Appenzell region of Switzerland. After a night in the mountains we will head to the Appenzell Cheese Factory to pick up some delicious local cheeses!
It's been a wild ride in Switzerland this past month! Traveling solo as a woman for this first time had me nervous at first, but I have to say I ended up really enjoying it. I see lots more solo travel in my future :)

Is it hard to travel all on your own ? I would love to do things like that without planning up with my friends all the time :D Nice video btw !!!
It can be tough. Financially is the main one I think. But there’s lots of ways to travel on a budget too. I like being able to go where I want, when I want.
