Often times, I feel these women are too comfortable and afraid of change even if the change is good for you and your children.

My ex tried to tell people that I cheated on him, but NOBODY believed him. In front of him, his relatives nodded their heads and said, “Uh huh.” But after he left, they laughed at him. I know this because his own people told me. If you are a righteous woman, and your people know it, it doesn’t matter when you divorce everyone knows who is right and who is wrong. Hmong women always blame Hmong men for losing their youth and teen bodies as if not for men, they will never get old. I see a lot of Hmong women, old and young, who are very out of shape. I attribute this to not exercising and eating too much white rice (lots of carbs). These women has never exercise a day in their life and when they get out of shape and their husbands cheat, they blame the man for they being old and out of shape. Even if women never have a man in their whole life, they will still get old, ugly and out of shape if they don't exercise and take care of their bodies. So, Hmong women, stop blaming men. Exercise, eat right... don't eat so much white rice and you'll really notice the difference in just a few months. But to stay in shape, you need to stay the exercise routine. I see some who exercise, got into shape and soon later stops and got big as before or even worst. Some people exercise and got even more hungry so eat even more and so they say exercise isn't working so they stopped. Working is not exercise because you're only using your hands and feet. You need to exercise your stomach... your whole body.
