Happy Wednesday everyone! I had SO much fun filming this video and getting creative with different careers in The Sims 4. If you enjoyed this type of video let me know, and especially if you played any of these careers after! I'm thinking it could be a fun little series to make... I also wanted to remind you all that I have an EA Creator Code "EMMA" which you can redeem at checkout when purchasing any Sims 4 packs from the EA/Sims website. It doesnt give any discount but it helps me as a creator. Thank you so much! 💚💚
Getting creative with careers transforms the game honestly! I love playing the romance consultant career from lovestruck with the neighborhood confidante aspiration. I have my sim create a club full of singles and play matchmaker. She meets with them individually to get to know them and then set up who she thinks is most compatible. It’s so fun and so messy sometimes lol
I’m going to make the journalist career a little more fun by playing through strangerville at the same time. As if the journalist is investigating what’s going on in the town!
I love finding people who also play single sims! So many ideas are for legacies and I just don't enjoy those. These are fantastic. My favorite was the personal chef. :D
I thrive off of the tiny town challenge. I love building communities of single sims where they all know each other and help build on each other's story progression. That way if they start having families and pets I don't have to take care of them at that point but can still influence their lives.
One of my favorites is playing a sim in the military career and having them move worlds every sim season with a 1 week “deployment” in between to a world that has a different culture (ex. Originally from Willow Creek or San Myshuno, stationed for a season in Copperdale, deploys to Sulani, then stationed in Oasis Springs)
I have a Sim that bartends at restaurant I built inspired from a show called "Baby Daddy". I have my sim with an outfit that matches the restaurant uniform. The second my Sim arrives, I pause it, click on the current bartender, and select "Call Over" and then I just select "Tend Bar" sometimes after the shift I cheat random amounts of money as if they were his tips. It's alot but it's what I gotta do to recreate certain scenarios from the show
Great ideas. My favorite is the travel vlogger. A good way to use all your packs. I've done retail before but mostly bakeries. Recently, I used crystal creations for a jewelry store. I want to make a winery one day too but haven't yet. Yes please more of these!
I love the travel vlogger too! If you get your sims to level 5 Selvadoradan knowledge skill they unlock the ability to write an actual travel guide on the computer. That would be a great way to further expand the idea.
These are great ideas! One I've done is a gallery owner where my sim painted all the paintings and had a gallery style retail store for them to purchase. I'm def gonna use some these ideas.
I love this video, love when people really use their imaginations. I have a wealthy family and created a sim to be their live in nanny, so she would cook, clean and help raise the children. Another one I did was with a family who owned a farm, they would sell their crops, wool, milk and eggs on the stall that you get with the home chef hustle pack
Yes! Ive done the Stylist! Always need one per save because there are some Terrible default Sims! Hahaha Another idea I did was a recording artist. He started writing jingles from the piano, keyboard and guitar, and then moved into making jams on the music mix machine as a songwriter. Would love to hear a part II!
Such a fun episode! Travel vlogger is an awesome idea to get my Sims to explore the new worlds when I'm not ready to play in those worlds. Thank you for the ideas!
These are so amazing!! you just motivated me to play the Sims again, and now i have so many new ideas. I would love it if you made a second part to his video
I have almost all the packs and I have never tried the retail store - my sim is a musician so I might try a music instrument store and maybe trying to sell Cds and see if that works - I dont know if you can copy original works but that would be fun. Ive also never tried stylist which I didnt realize it was a work from home career so might have to try that with my next generation of sims. So many great ideas!
Oooh what a fun idea ! You can copy and sell CD's that you make on the music production tables on the selling tables, so I would assume you could amso sell in a store... If you also level up in handiness as well a guitar and violin, you could actually make the instruments to sell
More content like this please!!! I'm always looking for new gameplay ideas like this, so excited to try them! Would love a video on unique community lots you can put in your game to switch things up
love this!! i had no idea about the stylist career!! i have to try it now. i feel like with the drones and camera similar with the travel vlogger, you could also be a documentary maker (idk what that’s called😂) maybe for national geographic or have your own myth buster tv show or historical documentary show where you discover old artifacts etc. u could “interview” locals to learn about the culture. maybe for a photographer career, there could be different specialities like maybe a kids school picture photographer, or a wedding photographer (or painter), or a pets photographer. or maybe like those street painters or photographers who find random people on the street to paint them or take pictures.
Hi ! New here 👋 loved this video ! It's great to see people trying to keep the gameplay fresh with out mods or legacy challenges, not that there is anytging wrong with mods or legacy challenges, but sometimes you just want to play a one sim household... these make it fun to do so ! And also really enjoyed reading the comments and some of ideas ... seems you have a fun and creative community I think I'll stick around 😊
I love all of them especialy the ones for Get Famous which is my ultimate Fave pack so Yea I will be doing this . Thanks so much for this fun content idea. New subscriber here🤩 btw i was confused at the werewolf- do you need to be an animal to do the rental and then change or?
Love these ideas! I know you are showing these without mods, but I am thinking of some great mods that can be used as well, if someone likes to use mods like I do! :) Like for the antique shop, you can use the live-in business mod. For the personal chef, the SNB mod would be a great one to use so your Sim can get paid without having to select a job. You would just open up checking accounts for the wealthy household and one for your chef Sim, and then they can transfer money to their chef so it's like getting a "paycheck." I do this all the time. I like adding a Sim to my household that serves as the maid with a separate bank account, and I can transfer money to them weekly. Also great to use as allowance for kids and for kids/teens to earn their own money because you can set direct deposits, so their income gets deposited into their account instead of the household funds.
16:40 Is that a real Sims world map? I wondered about how the Sims world actually looked like since its so ambiguous (French, Egypt, and China are in The Sims 3 real vacation destinations after all), but if that map is real than at least we know it's not Earth.
I could not find The Cobblebottom Vintage lot anywhere. I'm so upset 💔 Thank you for the video, amazing tips! Edit: OMG the lot is IN THE GAME, I'm so slow. 😅
Can I make a lot building, make 1 unit a rented home and 1 other unit a store? And then make a community area with everything I need to sleep, eat, shit, shower? Is that possible??
Love this! The careers in the Sims 4 get so boring. Almost everyone is an aruthor or painter in my game. Please do share more careers that you find, we need more options! Thanks so much!

that sounds like such a fun idea!!
This is such a rad idea!!! I have absolutely no imagination. Thank you!
I teach yoga!!! i invite a few sims over, then start the class with the specific yoga mat, and click on the sims to invite them to the class
You are so creative! I LOVE all your content!

I agree! Single Sims keep my stress levels low 🤣🤣

For the food network show one, a fun thing you can add is having a separate sim in the household be your editor so it’s like 2 different jobs!
I love this idea!!
Such a fun idea! That could be a really cute storyline.

Oooh Crystal Creations would be great with for the retail one!

Love this❤
With the Horse Pack you can be a horse farmer. I have mine breed, train, and sell them.
Personal chef interesting 🤔
Maybe offtopic, but your houses look so lovingly cozy. Some furniture I don't recognize so I assume that is cc. Those were your own builds?
16:40 Is that a real Sims world map? I wondered about how the Sims world actually looked like since its so ambiguous (French, Egypt, and China are in The Sims 3 real vacation destinations after all), but if that map is real than at least we know it's not Earth.
Yes it is real! It actually isnt a mod, it’s the world that comes with jungle adventure.
Hey sis new subscriber thanks for this video ✌🏻😎👍
