With no solid white line, that would be a questionable violation. When the other car begins their no look lane change at 1:04, the SUV is already about 80% past the lane line, and this is before they touch the gore point

You could have just stopped behind and you could see that they weren't stopped at the light but just at the intersection, but decided to continue driving in the right lane anyway. The person 2 cars ahead was trying to be polite and stopping in the middle of a no light intersection.

The police came got her drivers license ask about the picture ,she oh the one from MVP was ugly so she pasted the one on there that she liked better! He told her she couldn’t do that! She told the police that she came to the grocery store every week at the same time and that my husband should watch for her so it was his fault !
