    my only issue is the lecture cut off at 59:54 really wish i could get to view the entire thing. very helpful and very informative nevertheless

    Within factors affecting the effect of teratogen, when we say age, does it mean the mother’s age or the fetus’ age in weeks?

      Good question. It’s actually both. Maternal age is linked to teratogens. Maternal age of 35+ increases the risk of defects. However, the age of the prenatal exposure also plays a role. Prenatal exposure between weeks 2-8 are most impactful.

    My only remark regarding your abortion theory is that, the cells that fall when u scratch your face are not the same cells that come out of your uterus during an abortion. They have different purposes and potentials. My humble educated guess...
