Make sure you and all your teammates are: 1. standing next to the bell and within the black aura 2. Shoot bell while all of you are still near the bell and within black aura 3. This ensures all of you receive the "damage buff" 4. The black aura is hard to see, so just make sure all of you are standing as close to the bell as possible
Did you complete both hallways full of "fake" ghalrans? You'll need to teleport back and forth and complete both hallways. After you complete the 2nd hallway and you emerge in the main room, only then will you be able to damage the real Ghalran.

The vault encounter is the worst thing for a solo player
Why can’t I do damage when the boss is stunned at the final encounter ?
Make sure you and all your teammates are:
