fortune is annoying on a shovel cause you gain flint frim breaking gravel, and you only need 1 flint ever for a flint and steal. also silk touch on shovel is nice for mining clay, grass and gravel for concrete powder or just for the block.

Just use fortune 2 cause you will still get gravel
