- Stan and Rhonda form Over The Hill Adventures share with their viewers a one day stop at Crater Lake National Park. They set up camp at Mazama Village Campground which is located within the National Park boundaries. When they arrive they are surprised by the amount of smoke in the area from the ongoing wildfires. They have dinner at Annie Creek Cafe located across from the Mazama Village Camp store. The follow morning the smoke from the wildfires had disappeared and they show some spectacular morning views of Crater Lake.

Hi Nate, Great to hear from you! Unfortunately, we are nearing the end of this adventure and heading home from Yellowstone next week. Glad you are still following along. Hope all is well! Rhonda and Stan
Thank you for making this video. I'll be planning a trip in the near future. Thanks
Hi Brian, you are welcome! You will love Crater Lake! Stan and Rhonda🙏🏼❤️
Welcome to our neck of the woods! We live in Grants Pass, Oregon. Isn’t Crater Lake beautiful? So glad the smoke was gone for you. My husband & I are retired. We travel/camp in the summer with our Lance 650 truck camper & 2 dogs. I am enjoying your videos. God bless you both & safe travels.
Joan, thank you!! We loved your neck of the woods. It was so beautiful! Thank for watching our video and joining us on our adventures. Stan and Rhonda
You two always make me feel like I’m right there with you. Gorgeous scenery. Sorry the lodge was not accessible this time. Enjoying your journey!
Jim, Thank you for sharing your kind thoughts. We love hearing that we make you feel like you are right there with us. That means a lot to us! We feel blessed to be able to share our journey. Rhonda and Stan
What a beautiful location. Hope we can visit soon! Question. Do you have a link for buying extra fuses on Amazon? Thought that may be a good idea.
Thanks
Thank you Nancy! It truly was breathtaking and so peaceful, especially in the early morning. Nothing like having a National Park to yourself 😍. We will get that link to you in the morning. That is actually a great idea to have some extra fuses on hand 💡
Hi Nancy, Sorry about the delay in getting the link to you. We left Yellowstone on Monday and got back to Arizona yesterday. Long travel days and not very good internet. Here is a link to an assortment of fuses: amzn.to/3EO9qqO
I ran it by Stan and he said this is the best one because it covers the truck as well as the RV. We will be ordering one too!! Thanks so much for the great idea! Rhonda
We had a pug who lost all back leg control so we got him a wheelchair. Nothing stopped him from running with the other dogs after that!
Hi Jacque, We May end up having to do that for Kobe, but for now he seems to be getting around alright. He still has his good days and bad days. Encouraging to hear your pug didn’t mind the wheelchair and ran around with the other dogs. That’s sweet. Thank you for watching! Always love hearing from you. Rhonda and Stan
Usually when people say”bless their heart” it means, they tried🤪
Cheryl, That certainly holds true, lol! They did their best and I think we were extra hungry. Thanks for watching 😂Rhonda and Stan
A little ""FREE"" overnite area not to far from the Crater lake village at the South entrance to the National park area is a little place called Annie Creek Sno Park...All paved and flat with a warming house on site...Free camping is allowed at this sno park...There are a couple RUclips videos out on it...Check it out...
Great tip! Thank you for joining us! Stan and Rhonda🙏🏼❤️

Hi Bobby, you should watch the video till the end. We had the best site in the house! It a pull through with electricity. The site is huge and private you will love it. How many days are you staying? Safe travels, Stan and Rhonda
