Your exam is very realistic the way you check not only the knee but her lower leg area. You explain very well what needs to be done, including special exercises. As you speak you show how knowledgeable you are in the medical field and natural healing. Your interaction with your sister is paced well throughout the video. Your voice is super soothing and really helps me to relax. I enjoyed this. btw, I know what knee pain feels like. I broke my knee in high school and all these years later I still have pain and discomfort where I had knee surgery.

Doc, i adore your palpation segments maybe more than anything! The way you rapidly but gently move your hands over the surface of the skin is so soothing and I don't know why! And of course the rubbing sounds of the gloves is TOTALLY asmr-inducing, but it's the visual that works here too. And you've done the same with Julia in your other real-patient vids ... just terrific! Keep it up :)

Yo, if you've already tried all the common internet suggestions for sleep and still not working, I'd recommend one more. Have a banana and just a little sip of warm water 30-40 mins before hitting the bed, it helps ease.
@@knolose1 banana is rich in potassium, and potassium greatly helps in relaxing or easing tension. But make sure your phone screen is set on the warm display if you can't avoid using your phone. And warm water as I said is better than cold for easing down.
Nice to see your sister again for a video. I also have had pain in my right knee, to the point that I found it hard to walk up stairs, but, it comes and goes and I haven't felt it in a while.
It’s my experience in the US that if I went to my primary doctor for my knee pain she would refer me out to a physical therapist. I can’t imagine she would ever try and figure out what’s happening in her office. It seems like you are a wealth of knowledge & qualification to be able to diagnose the entire body! amazing 💛🤍

3 years ago I messed my knee up so badly I could hardly walk. Went to multiple doctors appointments. I don't think all of them combined took this much time and went into this much detail. If I ever win the lottery I'm hiring SemideCoco to be my personal doctor!
I still find it funny how I found your channel last year. 😅 I was in my first semester of nursing school and I was practicing my head-to-toe physical assessment so I decided to look up for a video I could listen to while driving. I chose your video and for some reason I did not even read the full title and I remember complaining "Gosh why is she talking so softly? I could barely hear her!" I was also getting annoyed at the point cause I was getting sleepy while driving. 😅 When I got home, that's when I realized I was listening to an ASMR version. 🤦♀️ I've been watching ASMR for 6 years now so that's probably why your video was on top of my search list. 😂
well i will have these workouts for likely rehab after my knee rehab, need to have fluid drained from underneath my patella-femoral ligament which also has tendinosis so it's been swollen to the point i can't straighten the leg and also more recently diagnosed with IT band syndrome
Dunno if this is just role playing, I haven’t finished the video yet. But it took two years to diagnose my spinal injury since it was only felt in my legs at the time. Multiple nurse practitioners and doctors all said it was a sprain. I was so close to suicide from the pain when on an off chance I went to a chiropractor, which I absolutely think is quack medicine, seriously look up the origins it’s wild, however in defense the person was extremely gentle and called what turned out to be the exact injury and said I needed an immediate MRI. I used to work at the hospital up the street that they worked with and my mom still worked there and pulled some strings. Someone canceled so I was able to get into the MRI next month. I had surgery within 3 days, it was pretty bad. Much better now but my back will never be close to what it was. I’ll never not be in constant pain, take care of your backs. 20+ years on and I’m still occasionally crying myself to sleep in pain

I remember I got inflammation somewhere near my ribs, it felt like a lung collapsed, it would hurt to breath and lay down.
