      and I used more than 24volts, 240 wire speed👍

    Because im having a hard time on vertical up using E71T-1C. The molten metal is not just like flat bead. Like yours. im a fan of yours still learning how to weld using fcaw process

    Qual as voltagem do passe de raíz ? E dos passes de acabamento. ?

      O passe de raiz não é tão quente quanto aos próximos passes, o que possibilita uma velocidade de serviço menor o que te ajuda a melhorar consideravelmente a qualidade, diminue ou zera a depender do soldador a porosidade. O que conseqüentemente te possibilita nos próximos passes que são, preenchimento e acabamento, uma melhora excelente pois não te obriga a fazer o processo de forma intermitente, você fará todo o processo no modo automático. Graças!!!

      O arame e a espessura chapa e a habilidade irão influenciar diretamente na regulagem. Lembrando que a amperagem é regulada pelo arame, e a voltagem no regulador de tensão.

    De fato, bonita soldagem!
    Mas tu tens que por a regulagem da solda, saia do arco, indutância, amperagem,voltage,velocidade do arame metro por minuto, saída do gás (co²) e tempo de controle da poça de fusão. Mostrar a solda é mole, mas o pulo do gato você não mostrou até agora.

      특별히 그라인더를 해야될 상황이 생기지않는다면(깊은핀홀 등)
      계속해서 그라인더없이 이어서 용접을 하면됩니다!
      아크처럼 긁을필요없이 제자리에서 이어서 시작하면 됩니다👍

    전진법과 후진법 둘중 아무거나 써도 상관없나요?

      윗쪽 부분에서는 후진법이 더 안전하지만, 전진법으로 하더라도 RT에 문제없이 통과할수 있습니다. 단, 그래도 90도에 최대한 가까운 토치각도를 유지할려고하고, 전기값도 더 올려주면 좋습니다.
      저 같은 경우는 파이프 높이가 낮으면 전진법으로 자주하며, 파이프가 높으면 후진법을 자주 이용합니다👍

    Currently learning 6g and its a struggle .

      Tilt your shoulders at a 45 degree angle so you are turning 6g into 5g. It would be like lying in a bed to make 2g become 5g. I hope that makes sense, it's kinda hard to explain without showing. But that really is how I tackled the 6g.

      I used argon+co2 (25%) gas and 24volt/250feed speed.

      Hello ! I use 100% CO2. When welding in a mixture of Argon + CO2, the properties of the arc change, spatter decreases, right?

      spatter will be reduced a lot.
      However, the torch angle and arc distance are also important👍

    I always thought (with flux core) you have to drag the gun away from the puddle, but you push it towards the puddle. Very clean welds mate.

      Dilas berdasarkan kabel 24Voltage/250. Di bagian atas, tegangan dan kecepatan kawat diatur lebih tinggi dan dilas. Pengaturan berbeda untuk setiap mesin pengelasan, jadi silakan merujuk ke itu.
