Kenny, thank you for all your work and effort you put into the videos. Some folks have no idea what it takes to get them out. Producing them is not easy or CHEAP! I learn a lot more by watching and learning what we can do when the service call doesn't go like the textbook says. You don't edit out those awkward moments. Being a tech myself, I can see a lot more of real life in your videos. Supporting your channel is not paying for entertainment videos, but investing in a knowledge bank that is PRICELESS. Thanks for all your work! Charles at Frye RV Repair
Pretty cool that they went with a metal blower wheel. Most places are getting cheaper and cheaper. I would think a few bucks a month would make sense. You and your family have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Holy Crap!! A metal fan replacement!! Nice!! Nice fix Kenny!! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!! I have no idea about a fee (not a youtube content creator) If it was reasonable I probably would subscribe due to I think your a great guy and am a long time RV-er.
The old sf35 furnace. lol. Mouse must have had company on his run and broke through the blades. I’ve had to replace a few shower pans and bathtubs because of to much weight in the stalls due to to many people in the units.
Once that furnace warmed up, I would have smelled the warm air that will blow into the camper. Does it smell like a dead mouse? Had that happen one time in my 1989 Class C RV. It occurred in the cab heating system, not the furnace. Everytime I put the HVAC on Heat, or Defrost, you could smell it. I never took it apart to find it. Too afraid of breaking old plastic parts.
I had to fix my house furnace today. Which is amazingly different from an rv furnace. There is no stinking sail switch. But you have a flame sensor it detects heat much like a pilot sensor does. No heat kill the system after three tries to light it.. The igniter, or the bright orange thing when it works, was not turning orange. But a house furnace you can stick a long lighter in and light the natural gas. Works so long as you know what each sound it makes equals where it is in the ignition process. That's what I did and then ran out to the furnace parts place to get a new igniter. Manually lighting it lets it warm the house up once.
Noice Job as usual. To start with the costs you are up against -- get rid of those software packages you are paying for. I'll send an email for what to get and another RUclipsr that is a pro photographer/videographer that broke away from Adobe products.
Sometimes, cheap tin is cheaper than good ABS plastic like the type used in pool parts. So....still can't give these companies credit for not cutting corners.
I subscribed to your channel because I grew up not too far from where you do most of your work. I lived in Beckley for a few years, too, so I'm familiar with the area. You also seem like a very down-to-earth person--as most West Virginians are--and I like watching you work on campers. I would never tell anyone what they should or shouldn't do with their channel, but you asked. I'd never pay a fee to watch anyone's channel. There are dozens of channels that I no longer watch because they started charging. It's not that I can't afford it, I can. I've noticed that when creators start making videos for money, the quality suffers and the content seems forced. I'm not saying that would happen to you, but that's been the case with pretty much every channel I've stopped watching due to them charging a fee. Please don't take this the wrong way--again, you asked and this is just my useless opinion. You do what is best for you. I hope you and your family have a safe and blessed Thanksgiving.
Good vid! The furnace looked to be really clean inside. Were there any droppings present? You're a good old boy and I enjoy your content but if I paid for every channel I watch, I'd be broke. So as a rule, I don't pay for vids.

I appreciate you so much. I really appreciate the support too.
Another great video! Thanks, I enjoy every one of them. Happy Thanksgiving.
Thanks

Happy Thanksgiving from Whitesburg Kentucky area....🦃🇺🇲
Wow metal that’s a surprise nice job 👍
I was surprised
You can make a mouse smoothie with that new metal fan lol
Mmmmmm
A new metal squirrel cage, unbelievable 😮. Same to you and the misses happy Thanksgiving my friend
I couldn’t believe it
Patreon, $20-25 would be fair as a new RV tech myself. I started smelling furnace exhaust after watching you, haha.
I have had Patreon for years. If you ever smell one that isn’t burning right you will never forget it.
In the hvac trade we call those wheels a squirrel cage, but i find more mice than squirrels in them. Go figure. Lol
Exactly

What would you expect in return for a subscription fee?
At the end of your video, thank your patrons by rolling their names on the video. People like to see their name as a contributor. Even one is a start.
Thanks. That is a good idea
Thanks!
Thank you
Yes, I think sniffing propane exhaust, is a little better than carbon monoxide. Thanks Don
Ha ha

Party in the shower?

It burns off pretty quickly.

I don’t have Adobe, but all of the software gets expensive.

This was a heavy one. Old school
Ken -these squirrel cages used to be all metal- As you see plastic doesn’t work very well long term !
I know and they NEVER broke.
I watch a lot of car channels and they have sponsors but I’m not sure of the number of members you need or number of views.
You can try for a sponsor. I understand that it can be very lucrative.
If you have a connection please send them my way.

I can’t charge you to watch my videos. It is always your choice. I appreciate you watching and I hope you continue to watch.
Nice repair video! What's your opinion about adding an air filter to the heating system? Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. 🦃
I don’t know how you would filter the air.
Do like the metal replacement ! They could call it a "hamster wheel" since the rodents are fond of gettin in there...😆🤣
The metal ones are bad for business. Ha ha
So did shredded Fluffy pass your sniff test? Or was he like a bad batch of road kill stew? Happy Thanksgiving! Kenny and family.
Ha ha. It passed
👍🙂✝
Why do these furnace use so much gas ? Seems like more of my heat blows out the exhaust more than comes in my camper . Lol
Because they are only about 50 % efficient
Sale switch purpose?
Makes sure there is sufficient air flow before ignition.
How many times was mouse guts said😂
Count them and let us all know. 😀
i had a brand new same model furnace fan blade explode on a new unit on delivery day
I can believe it.
IDK, maybe add more channels to increase advertising? Add more advertising to this channel? I Don't think memberships work. Charge more for services?
I have 2 channels.
Good vid!

Thanks and I totally understand. Some people can afford it though.
If you are going to pay, I would want to know the “secrets” of the trade. Not just DIY. The real McCoy secrets.
What secrets would you want to know.
Wife has sniffed my exhaust and she said it smells like I pooped my pants
Ha ha
My wife would agree
