CPSC are good for 20 mph. They’re just tested at 14 mph but they stated that doesn’t mean they’re only good for those speeds.

The thing is professional cyclists in races like Tour de France etc, they wear CPSC helmets and they sometimes go 40 mph, even up to 60 mph in descents….. they should be wearing motorcycle helmets… lol
