It took me a while to fully understand Aura, but it is one of my absolute favorites. The combo of those green notes with the oddly custard like vanilla is a strange mix, but it just works. I like the Eau Sensuelle version for summer. The bottles are as beautiful as the fragrance, but it is a pain that they have to sit on their side. This is one that will always be in my collection.

Hi gorgeous! It’s a unique fragrance and was very challenging for me. I ended up getting the Sensualle flanker. It’s much easier to wear for me. Those reviews are hilarious 😂 😂😂🤣🤣
Just so happens to be my sent of today...it’s an unusually cold spring day, so I thought this was perfect to wear. I keep smelling myself and I can not do any better at describing it. Cold, powerful, feminine, mysterious...it smells like the bottle looks! So, if you know, you know 😅
This fragrance is so interesting. It either draws you in or it repels you and is polarizing. lol At first whiff it reminds me of some of the 1970's Estee Lauder fragrances before they were reformulated. Private Collection and a few others in that time. Estee Lauder did green fragrances well and they were powerhouse strong back then. This is lovely and I enjoy wearing it, but I have to be in the mood for it I must admit.
Turn it upside down and it's a W for...wait for it... Wonder Woman Wears... :) We have completely different tastes in perfume, and I'm so glad we can still be scent siblings. 😘
This was legit NyQuil and vanilla on me. I can absolutely see why it was discontinued. The other bizarre fragrances from mugler were heavily influenced by Thierry. It feels like he didn’t have anything to do with this one. I keep trying it but I never end up touching it.
I am starting to like Aura more than I used to but I actually prefer the EDT to the EDP, I sometimes layer them both but I just like the freshness of the EDT that little bit more. Your description was spot on!!
I had to order a small Aura bottle purely out of curiosity. I love it, and didn’t even have to try to. I think it’s so beautiful that I showered and put it on this evening to greet my grown up son, and he gave me a stunned look and asked if I had smoked weed! I have never tried weed. He was horrified how I smelled and told me it was NOT a good way to smell. Yet I still love it. I just asked my husband who was going out the door, “ do you smell weed?” He looked at me oddly, and said the house smelled nice. I’m going to quietly enjoy Aura at home these colder months. It’s different and invigorating.

Is that fatale intense in the background? I love it . Even though it doesn’t last long on my skin. I mix it up with choco musk oil ( by al rehab) to enhance the longevity
Hi Veronica, you are very discriptive and on point (as usual) this one is the most challenging in my collection, I have the EDP which is mega herbal botanical. I get a shy citrus openning, humid green earthy smell and orris..the dry down comes as smoky gooey heavy thick vanilla which to me is not sweet I am struggling with this one and tried to layer it with Lalique Amythest.
Hi Fatima! Oh, what a description you have here! Aura can be a challenging fragrance for sure. Have you tried layering it with a vanilla-based fragrance like Kayali Vanilla 28? Some say that tones down the challenging aspects of this one.
I have a sample of this and tried it twice. I like the opening of it but it dries down to a weird thing on me... I have the same problem with La Belle by JPG. It’s like if the beauty of it got lost in the dry down.
