Just looking to get into fixies for the first time, any recommendations on where to start in terms of buying parts/bikes? Any particular brands to look at or stay away from? Seems like there’s lots of cheap “instagram brand” type websites out there when I google search. Seems a little more confusing to get into compared to road bikes or BMX where you’ve got the big names like Giant/Specialized or Sunday/Odyssey etc and big websites that carry everything
Mash, Squid, Master, Ruff are all top-tier. A good affordable middle ground is something from State or City Grounds is a good middle ground without going too cheap.
@@FOADGang dope, thank you! The State Black Label is one of the only bikes that actually caught my eye from the google search, good to know it’s a decent entry level/benchmark to start with. Will definitely check out the other 4 as well!
And beautiful fucking build
Thank you!
I just bought a bike tonight.....now i want to paint it glow in the fuckin dark
were you buy the mini pegs?
They are a little tricky to find now a days. Try ebay!
formation face or eero?
I believe the eeros are slightly less deep
What PSI do you usually run with?
As high as the tire will go!
