It should be at speed around 40-50 maximum 60 to get exact mileage because you drive on highway and there is a lot difference between highway and city. If you drive between 40-50 max 60 then you will get the real mileage if we look at the speed, because we can still calculate both together between city road and highway.
Most stupid way of milage test, you can't come to a conclusion for all gypsy.Maybe for your personal necked gypsy it's Ok with highway riding as 13kmpl. Mine with stock softtop 2012 gives 15kmpl on free highway and 11-12kmpl in the city with regular traffic.On the other hand my friends hardtop gives 14kmpl on the highway and 9-10kmpl in the city. The third gypsy in our group give 11kmpl on the Highway and 8kmpl in the city.We tested all the 3gypsy in our group and are same 2012 model. SPEED : 60-70kmph highway ,10-50kmph in the city. So all gypsys are different in themselves.

So it's very difficult to judge a gypsy.You have made a test video so you must be careful so it gave 13kmpl may be next time when u not making video and driving normally then it might give 10kmpl on the highway aswell.So better is what I do...Always Keep petrol in the gallon to be safe as the fuel meter of gyspy is never accurate😁

13kmpl is even better than my 2018 Creta 1.6 petrol. I get only 8-9 in hilly city roads and 10-11 in plain city roads😢.
