Something that I can just buy for a reasonable price And sell without having to pay a mechanic to do a lot of work

I'll be honest with you, if your not mechanically inclined don't get into this, all your profits will go to the mechanic, I also do this for a living, this guy can't even change a light bulb lol, he leaves a lot of his profits to the mechanic. I do all my work from motor to transmission. Just my advice!
they all gon be rebuilt title right? and like is it hard to sell cars with a rebuilt title, just bought a q50 from copart but im worried its gon take a long time to sell cause it being rebuilt
You can get a wholesaler license which limits you to only dealers/auctions in regards to sales. Some states you can use your garage/home office. Limits profits but gets you in the game.

You don’t need broker license. Make a public account. With public account you can buy clean title which will be a bit more expensive and no inspection.
