When you are on the screen where you see the temps, what is the Est time left? And how do you get it to work? Everything else works on mine except for that.
Hi, the Estimated Time Left is calculated based on how fast the temperature has been rising when you first insert the probe. If the EST. Time shows dashes ( - - - ), please allow more time for the device to calculate the estimated time left, it will not appear instantly but should appear a quarter to halfway through your cook for the most accurate estimation.😊
@@ThermoPro thank you for replying, but it never appears at all. Its not a big deal to me. I was just wondering if there was a way to turn it on. It has - - - all through the cook from the moment i put the probes in, until i take them out. Also, whats the best way to clean them?
@@bdr5150 Hi, that's strange to hear, it should be showing😔. The best way to clean the probes is to wipe them with a damp cloth. Don't immerse the handle in water.
@@ThermoPro its definitely not showing at all. Im finishing up a pork shoulder cook right now and i had the 3 dashes on my estimated time left. Its not a big deal though. When i clean the probes, i use warm water and soap with a sponge or light brush. What do u mean by the “handle” on the probes?
So howcome my probes dont plug all the way into my device? And it just displays HHH and when it shows a temp it says like 500 degrees just sitting in my kitchen lol. Do i just need to push harder? Im worried im gonna break the plug in id i press harder

Mine had an issue connecting so I told the app to forget the device. Upon reconnecting it updated the device and is now working great again
I did a boil test and all probes read 213, not bad. Is there a way to adjust the reading to a perfect 212?

Push them in all the way and the HHH will go away. This happened to my TP25
