Hi Sunny! I have been watching a lot of 'online business advice videos' over the last 12-months to really get my head around it, and your content and advice is far better than almost all of what is out there, - always solid valuable, practical advice that isnt hyped up or based on vanity metrics, - thanks for what you share! 👊
Thank you so much! 🙏 I really appreciate your kind words, and I’m so glad you’re finding the content valuable and practical. It means a lot to know that it’s resonating with you and helping on your journey. Keep pushing forward-you’ve got this! 👊🚀

Thank you for this! I sold my first course a couple of weeks ago, and my client came from finding me on RUclips…..and I only have 88 subscribers! :) This video resonates with me, so thank you for your help, advice, and encouragement!
Great step by step breakdown for building a business with RUclips Traffic. How do balance keeping viewers on the YT platform (retention) versus taking them off YT to join your email list?
Thanks! As a Gen X'er wanting to tap into this type of opportunity, it is refreshing to learn that focus beats vanity. I have been blessed to accumulate valuable experience in my career, experience which others may benefit from. Most of that experience came through "hard knocks" and perseverance which I'm sure other folks have also had to endure. Your instruction on targeting the ideal viewer in the first place fits well with my level of social stamina. Much appreciated.
This video was so helpful. I have been confused in the direction I wanted to take my youtube channel and this video gave me a lot of clarity on my next steps. Thank you so much!
Thank you Sunny for your amazing contents! A question which I hope you will be answering. If you have already a RUclips channel and you finally know your niche. What would you do with your old contents? Delete them? How do you transform your already existing RUclips channel to reflect your new contents?
I would use the channel you started that is most related to your ideal client and what they are looking for and move forward with creating videos relevant to your niche :). If the old videos are relevant to your niche, you can keep them.
This video has really helped me with understanding RUclips, it seems fairly simple. I use to be so afraid of RUclips because it’s such a huge platform. But this metric is very simple and such a key without having to use so many platforms. Marketing and trying to find the right clientele can be tons of work by itself. But this video shows I can do this and be very intentional and find the right clients for my business. Thank you sunny
I appreciate your sharing the wisdom you have accumulated over the years. You have perfectly described the kind of approach we need to take in this crowded environment. Quality clients over the quantity of clients. Thank you!
Thanks so much Sunny! My ideal clients are people with MS who are newly diagnosed or struggling with their symptoms. These tips will help me target my videos even more!
I rarely comment but you are one of the few people in the info scene that is speaking just the absolute truth I love what you are saying about how we are not simply trying to get views and entertain but provide value and get the quality views
Loving the clarity of the difference between Content Creator vs using YT to pull in the right customers for my services! Such an important difference! Feeling more empowered and liberated now!!! Thank you as always!🙏🏻
Thanks Sunny for clarifying how to do this, I've been overwhelmed with all the conflicting info out there and as usual you make sense of it - brilliant stuff!
Thank you Sunny for doing this video. There is a lot of food for thought for me and it's very positive to hear that a small channel can get great results.
This video definitely helped because I’m not trying to be an influencer. Honestly, I want to make impact and live my life quietly. I’m finally going all in on RUclips because this platform will give me the content ROI that I’m looking for unlike what IG has become (being on a constant hamster wheel) I really appreciated this
Thank you this is an absolute eye opener and motivator for me to start going now! Not to focus on the obvious numbers of likes and views but on the ideal client!
This was a super insightful video, I dont have a YT but there are lessons and tips that can be applied on other SM sites to capture clients. You helped put in perspective what I need to be focused on because it can be demotivating to focus on the not so helpful metrics
Thank you Sunny! I love all your videos. I am a psychotherapist and ready to transition from one on one to a more sustainable online business. Most likely a course. I am going to reach out soon. I am still a bit hung up on not being clear on my niche. I really appreciate you and all that you do and share!!
Lara, it's good to hear you are getting clear on your niche first. It's such an important part of scaling from one to one to online & group work. Keep it up.
So cool Sunny, I always learn something from you. Creating amazing amd affective videos on RUclips. I think should also how to create contents from now ON. Thanks
I keep watching your videos and loving them! And none of the links for check lists seem to work for me...is it me or are they older? Not sure. I break everything I touch, so...😅
Great info and a reminder of what I need to do with my RUclips channel. I am generating clients and interest out of my channel but I can do better and I have one question. I have over 65K subscribers but my videos hardly get views especially when I upload a new video. Is there anything I can do to improve the volume of my views a bit?
Very helpful video. Plan on starting my online business in two years when I retire. Just started a RUclips channel to get comfortable in front of the camera. My target student is high schoolers so my target audience is probably their parents. I am curious what your RUclips advice would be for someone who is not ready to launch the course. I'm thinking of creating content that helps the parents work with their kids. That way I would build a following that is inclined to become customers.
Hey Sammy, should I start a new yt channel? I’ve been pretty broad on my current channel. Kind of just throwing paint on the wall. I’m starting to think I should start over & stick to my niche
Hi! So I’ve been devouring your videos over the last week (my friend referred me to this channel and it was a godsend). Anyway, you frequently mention we should be targeted and not broad. I’m getting confused. So if I’m trying to target Authors who want to transform their accounting/bookkeeping mess so they can achieve author success, should I not do videos on explaining the basics of balance sheets, etc, because the people who need the explanations are not my ideal clients? Or am I being too nit-picky on what you mean for ‘broad?’ Instead, do you mean I shouldn’t do videos on cats or cars, etc because it’s not accounting related? How literal should we be when we interpret ‘broad’ and ‘targeted’?
Hey Sunny, I know you said the shorts won’t let them get the most out of you, time wise. However, I wonder If you were to create “trailers” of your current RUclips videos, highlighting the MOST important points. Would you be able to create shorts from those. No buffer. Just straight key points. That way they can gain similar value from your long form videos and if they want deeper explanation they can watch the full video that you will have linked in the comments or description. Please let me if this sounds like a good idea
What this video makes me realize is how NOT targeted my videos have been, and how I did it ALL the wrong way! From here, I wonder if it's best to just start a new channel, or go off and delete all my irrelevant videos.
