Im trying to create a mathematics course, helping students with their gcse. Im not sure what to price it?
Great as always Sunny. My "light bulb moment" was, "What does it cost to NOT get the transformation you provide." I've just finished writing a book titled "Bright Hope - A Voyage from Trauma to Transformation" not having known what you said...that people are looking for transformation! I'm a survivor of horrific childhood abuse which caught up to me in a horrible breakdown in the late 1990's. I lost my marriage, my kids, my house, my career and spent 20 years trying to find a way out of perpetual distress. I finally said, "Enough!" after 13 years of therapy, multiple misdiagnoses, the wrong drugs and isolation from friends and family. And I discovered the compass and the map and the golden keys that opened up the doors to the mysteries of trauma. I never intended to write a book or do a course, but as I did my research on each facet of trauma and applied what I learned my life has gotten so much better. I actually made the book like an adventure novel! Well, this is getting long, but I'm excited because you always motivate me. Thanks!

I have loosely designed a 2 month course called, "When Lightning Strikes the Heart- Claiming the Spiritual Mastery that Has Always Been Inside of You Without 20 Years of Meditation!" I taught Kundalini Yoga for 18 years, worked on myself to simply BE the inner light and truth that I've alway been but never claimed or acknowledged. My ideal client is absolutely committed to her spiritual awakening and longs to see that reflected in every aspect of her life. After watching your videos, I will price the 2 month course at $5000. I will limit accessiblity to 5 clients per 2 months. I love this! 💙💜

Sunny, thank you for providing this valuable instruction. For months, I felt building an online course wasn't for me. Until I knew I can give the absolute beginner violin student everything they need in order to play songs in 1 month. Moreover, I've had to say no to students in the physical studio space due to schedule conflicts. Time in the physical space is limited for all of us. I know I can do well online. Wow, great video. Been watching you for years & have taken a couple of your old courses. While I agree with everything that you say, my sticking point is that I want to reach a LOT of people...because my message (longevity) is new, important and not many people know about what science has discovered in the last few years. But at the end of the video, where you were talking about the millions & millions of people that you've reached through your RUclips channel made me realize that I've done the same. I've reached at least a million with my YouTune channel and it's time I took it to the next level. Thank you.

This is something I certainly needed to hear again! I always get the 'ick' when I think about pricing my course high, but then I hear your voice in my head saying, "But what have they spent already on other things that haven't worked?", and, "What is the value of the transformation you're providing?". Then I'm like, YES, I need to charge more than £100 for this course lol!

I find the niching down such a valuable concept. It’s making my head spin. The possibility of finding more time by doing less and serving my best and most specific client is a great idea
I’m a real estate agent and I find that working with estates is where my skills are best used. You’ve got absentees executors trying to sell from afar, the grief, the stuff, the need for home prep. It’s all my skillset.
So the question is: is this a paid course? How do I attract my best clients for home sales here in Virginia? I can apply your guidelines but just to the opt in for a conversation, I guess…

Wow. This was fantastic and everything I needed to hear!! My online course is an Introductory Assisted Stretch Course for Massage Therapists & Personal Trainers to learn how to stretch their clients. I was guessing to charge under $80 for the course, but after watching this video, I realize that these potential customers will be able to uplevel their businesses and charge for their services, essentially making back the money they spend. Now I’m considering for sure around the $200 mark. Thank you!!!😊

This along with a few other videos I watched from you today was one of the best ones I've seen to help me really narrow down who the ideal client is. My initial idea was way too broad and I'm seeing how I really need to get a lot more focused. The language example was a great one because the instructor specifically focused on people who were moving and needed to know the language for work; that really brought it home for me.

Price point:
Being in South Africa, speaking on & terms I need $5000 scaling to $10 000. I would say $700- $1000 for the program would be good, needing 5 clients per month.

This has been such a struggle for me. Seeing everyone else in the industry I'm in charging so much less for their courses makes it feel impossible to sell a course for $500 when my 1:1 services aren't even $500

For the past 6 months I've been working on a DJ Course as this is where I have a lot of knowledge/expertise. The course isn't just "How to DJ" - I provide an immense amount of guidance and advice on the DJ scene in general, how to build your brand, how to use social media correctly, and so much more.
I've never released a course and now that I have this sitting there ready to go - I'm not sure what to price it at. My target audience is obviously DJ's / music producers - who don't always want to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on stuff like this.
Any advice or help would be great!

How do you account for people who want to take your course but are in countries with lower GDP? I don't want to price people out just cuz their currencies aren't as strong.

We've seen some members increase their conversion rates, upwards of 70% ;).
What about a moral delema. I help people recover from chronic illnesss and anxiety. I want to allow people to get access to recover and get their lives back without taking advantage of them.

From a cold audience yes, 20% would be world class in my opinion. 20% may be from highly qualified leads that have been through a consultation call with one of her business coaches (there's a link for it in the description).

so, if she had ~30million revenue so far, and 3000 customers, then she is charging 10K on average per customer. That's VERY far from the $500.
appreciate your detective work, but we've actually had well over 10,000 clients and we have charged a range of price points throughout the years.

I think she meant 20% of 1500 is 300. So out of 1500 leads 20% conversion is 300.

So I want to make an amazing Manifest Abundance Course for Entrepreneurs, think Manifestation Babe Academy, Think Money Makeover by Amanda Frances ... I am a Hypnotist with over 24 years in my own online business selling hypnosis downloads and my hypnosis app ... and I Empower Law of Attraction Practitioners to Align their Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions with their Desires ... When you say to look at your competition and charge a bit more than that .. that would put my course at around the $3000 price point since the others are getting around $2500 for theirs. I am struggling though with that Price point ... and thinking perhaps starting at $1000 and moving it up from there?
