XBOX showcase was Awesome (W), the best show of 2024 and nightmare for Ponys ! Every game was great ! The PayStation show and Gamefest was trash (L) ! Now XBOX has all the best games and Studios Activision + Bethesda + XBOX and the best Day 1 on Game Pass !

My biggest issue in this whole showcase is Life is Strange, because HOW IS NATHAN A COP?! He's a kidnapping, drugging murderer. In the good (ish, the no Chloe one) ending, he's arrested for her murder. In the bad ending, he's still arrested for Rachels murder. HOW IS HE A COP?!?!

The artstyle is terrible, the music completely missing the mark, the way they presented the characters completely unfit for the job of introducing a DA and - worst of all - it seems the gameplay is a full-on dumb ass action game now instead of the gameplay of Dragon Age. What they presented here is NOT a Dragon Age game.
I think this show is way too overhyped, if you break it down you have a lot of multi platform games, games that come out 25 or 26 and exclusive that have to prove themselves first Still a good show
There were only 13 multiplats and i never understand why people say a games showcase was bad because the games are available for EVERYONE. Yeah man, DOOM is such a horrible game!
Metal Gear, Avowed, Age Of Mythology, Flintlock, Dragon Age, Life Is Strange, S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2, Assassin's Creed all showcased and releasing in next 6 months.
Harder for them to have solid release dates when crunch is now such a publicly known issue. It's not a problem for Sony and Nintendo because Japanese labor laws allow for borderline slave labor. Xbox needs to find a balance though as their devs don't seem to be pushed at all to deliver in a reasonable time frame

Small indie studio like Bethesda can't oversee their projects. Probably was scrapped in the acquisition process or shortly after.
They gave it a frame rate boost... And a visual boost already on the Xbox series consoles
