    Yummy my grandma made the red chile and my mom makes it also she learned from my grandma and the smell when it's being made is the best

    Yum! This is similar to what i make, or my recipe you could say haha. I put the pork in a pan and get it nice and browned, adding onion and some beef bouillon. As that cooks i grind the chili pods and chop the garlic garlic (or use the blender if lazy haha). Then when the meat is ready I combine and bake covered for about the same time and hour or 40 minutes. Enjoyed with a tortilla or with some roasted corn added!
    Might try adding some flour to mine and that bread looked good! Thank you for sharing!

    In my Pueblo a lot of times we make it with deer meat after hunting season. I miss the bread may be a sign to go back home to my Tiwa home.
