The gas is good, unless you have a particular choice in mind, you can browse the internet for different kinds,it’s getting to a year I got mine, no issues at all. Just take care of your gas cooker, clean after use

Yes mine is up to a year and counting and it s still as good as new. Which ever you're able to get, I'll advise you always clean after use , it will keep it rust-free and maintain clear blue flame .

Sorry about that, I just uploaded a video on the oven, as for electricity, the gas oven uses gas, if it’s plugged to electric, it will only on the oven light, and ignition for the burners
The down part does same and also using a skewer, mine didn't come with skewer. I don't use the up and down heat at once when baking,I either use the up or down heat

Mine doesn't have timer, but yours might have all you do is to work with the manual for time given depending on what your baking
