The cooker is gas, the plug is for ignition. If there’s no light, you’ll use your matches. I hope this is helpful.

You leave it closed, the hole is for you to light the oven.
I got mine on Thursday tried to use it to grill meat and it got hot on the out side and melted the button please can explain to me why it happened like that and do u leave ur ovun door open or closed while using it
Manual advices to keep the door opened while grilling. It comes with device that you can use to keep the door opened.

It is advised to leave the door slightly open to allow smoke passage. There is a cover that is usually used for coverage but not included, you will have to buy it separately.

The plug is just for ignition purpose only.

Good evening. I bought this exact gas last year but just tried using it today. Where i live, we don't have Nepa light for a while. Please can i use it with just gas without electricity? If yes, do i hsve to press that black thing by the side? The one you pressed. I also noticed it got my pots black like charcoal after using just today
Pressing the black button will not work without electricity, just use your matches. For the charcoal thing, you need to adjust the burner lid to sir well and make sure the fire it's bringing out is blue. If the fire is red there'll be charcoal in your pot. I hope this helps...

Whenever you turn on your gas don't delay before turning on the flame.Delay makes gas flow more and can burn your hand etc.Thank you for sharing ❤

Thanks for the video. Mine is 60 by 60 4 burner all gas. No automatic ignition
My problem is that mine own burns too slow even when the knob is at the highest position. I don't know if you have experience similar thing. My friend that have the same type is complaining the same. I spent too much time cooking. It's very annoying. I don't know if it's a maxi thing or we didn't set it well.
I think you guys the check the setting, especially the hose parts, I problem persist you’ll have to make a complain at where you bought it from. I hope this helps

The ignition is meant for just lightening instead of using matches, I hope you understand it now

@@hellenfolashade3520 The oven comes with a rack and a tray, I don't know which other tray you are referring to exactly.
It's the rack am referring to as traya
@@hellenfolashade3520 just make sure it aligned with the lines in the oven. If it's the one on the cooker, turn it the other way round, it will fit in. I hope this helps.

I have been using mine for quite sometimes now. Wanted to bake for the first time but just realized there's no button for timer and temperature 😮 please how do you use yours and what do I do.
Just use your discretion or use your phone timer to set it. Before baking, I do heat up the oven for like 5-10 mins before putting in my cake and bake for 40-45mins. I hope this helps.

Okay, I tot since it is using light then it will come on without connecting it to cylinder. If it connected to cylinder that is when I can use it with light. Meaning if it uses gas and light at d same time. Pls explain thank you

The oven uses gas. I don't have the one with hot plate so I can't speak for it.

I’m about getting one and it just came to mind to check operation video online. Pls ma, if I don’t want to use the auto ignition, can I use match or lighter to light the burner? Also is it necessary that the connected gas cylinder be outside or I can leave in the kitchen since there’s space? It’s 10kg cylinder.
The ignition only works when there is electricity, so you can definitely use matches or lighter. The reason for keeping cylinder outside is for safety purpose so I'll advise you put it outside too.

It doesn't have it's own ignition you will have to light it yourself. You don't need to fear, just get the long lighter for gas instead and light it before turning on the gas. I hope this helps tho

It actually has the upper part and the lower part. For lighting the upper one, you'll turn on right and for the down part, you'll turn on left for lighting. I hope this helps
