- This is the story of Clinton ‘Mr.Big’ Yow Foo, a 37 year-old man who was sniped while walking up a Scarborough driveway back in 2015.
It was far from a random incident, since Clinton had a history in organized crime and was a involved in a major drug bust that happened over a decade ago. He was living the high life, but eventually, stepped on the wrong toes, and his life was cut short, by a gunman using a rifle that has a connection to Montreal.

You want them to say "precision rifle"? It was used in a precision shot with a precision round with an optic and bipod from a trained marksman in a prone position. Meets every definition of a sniper rifle. Just sniper rifles are not normally lever action but most lever action don't shoot 300 winmag either
this shot was taken from a prone position as the tower would be too high and at too sharp a downward angle to account for wind and movement,he was a professional definitely because he planned for more than one shot which is why the rifle is lever action so you can quickly chamber another round

It's not an expensive rifle for one plus he left no evidence on the rifle that can trace back to him and probably did not want to leave the scene carrying a gun in a pillowcase when he knows the police are on the hunt when they got the call

Yup, sighting in your scope, breathing rate (affects the stability of the rifle and your crosshairs on the target) trigger pull plus many other factors that contribute to decent marksmanship.

Even at 200 meters, shooting a person is easy for any decent rifle shooter using a Winchester .300 at that short distance. It’s usually after 400 meters that shit starts to get a little funky.
If it was 30-30, 243, or 223 I’d be impressed but this guy isn’t a professional “sniper”

@@mr.makedonija2627 Because a 300 WSM bullet stays linear until it reaches the 300 yard mark where it drops dramatically at that point. This guy also used a bipod which makes the rifle very stable to shoot and shooting this round at the distance that this guy was doing was easy especially with the bipod.

Who leaves their sniper rifle behind?
Someone who doesn't want to get stopped with one. Obviously it was not registered to the shooter. Likely stolen. Lots of mob hits end with the shooter dropping the gun at the scene. To be fair, it's not even close to being a sniper rifle, just like AR-15s are not assault weapons.

God Worden its definitely no sniper rifle its a lever action hunting rifle with a scope thats no where near sniper quality, that shot also requires no sniper, 200 years with a bipod is not a hard shot.

God Worden They said it because they likely arnt very knowledgeable about guns and shooting and as for the cops they just love to call everything a sniper for some reason, I said its not because it’s simply not, a lever action rifle is not something a sniper or a competitive marksman would use, for one thing a lever action is not a good rifle to shoot prone from a bipod because if you need a follow up shot your going to have to move your sights off target to reload because when you rack the lever its going to hit the ground unless you move it and then you have to reacquire your target, A BLR is just a normal hunting rifle definitely not a high end marksman rifle and thats not a scope that a marksman or sniper would use either and you definitely dont need to be a sniper to make a 200 yard shot, I know lots of hunters who make shots longer than that regularly and without a bipod.
Now anything with a barrel will be a sniper rifle, that's funny . When i was a kid a gun of the long variety was a rifle handgun was as such called a handgun. When the rifle was used in a crime it then became a weapon named as such in media then came a point when all guns became weapons. I was reading a hunting gun mag and an old gun writer back I don't know 70s 80s ? wrote "wonder how long for them to turn gun into weapon talking about twisted media.
