I am considering this material for a project that would have a curved face. If I were to rip 2 inch pieces of this at 12-20 feet long, do you think this composite material would bend/arch like pine? Or is it too rigid or brittle? Thanks for your insight!
The reason you’re getting fringe hairs on the finished side is because your saw cuts bottom up and your finished side is up as well. You can prevent this by cutting with the finished side down. This way the fringe will be on the non-finished side.

it will bend even if you don't rip it down
