I know this was probably not a fun video for you to make, but your Singles, Doubles and Paradiddle lessons are golden. Just trying to repeat and follow you and not sound like a galloping horse is a real challenge. Thanks so much for doing this.
This video is great! Here's how I use it: (8th notes are always just the weak hand) 1 round, then a 2nd round at 1.25x speed, then a 3 round back to normal speed. It takes right at 30 mins. I try to do it once a day. Huge change in my singles and weak hand. Thanks for this!
Seeing the notes, bars, and count, hearing the metronome, and watching you-this exercise is precisely what I needed as a 55-year-old total beginner! Thank you for sharing. I'll be practicing this every day until I master it!
I’m a beginner. Thumbs hurt, arms hurt… yup.. good practice. Will get there with the timing on the 32nd notes. Glad to be on this journey.. and thank you for putting this video out to help us.
I just started messing around with a drum pad. 5 days ago I started doing this video once or twice a night. I have seen noticeable improvements. Thank you.
heck man, been doing this on and off for a month and a half, at the start the 32 sounded impossible, I just managed to do the 3 min with with u, sooo happy, thx for the video
I've been consistent with practicing this past week, thank u! I been needing to develop the muscles in my less dominate hand , and anytime it's starts getting easier I apply more power for the strokes ❤ thank u for the video I will continue to practice
Thanks so much man. I'm new to this and your videos really helping me. I try to follow your singles, doubles and paradiddle but when the 32 notes come I'm done😅 Anyway keep up the good work ❤ And can you make higher BPM s too?
This is my favorite exercise by far❤ still a beginner but I nailed this one it feels so good when you hear how I’m sync you are with the video🎉 keep up the good work everyone 😊
Very good discipline: make strokes synchronized in same level at height and on the down stroke-like one up and other down-like a watch or strings on a puppet. Good job!
This is useful not only for beginners but intermediate as well. You can use this as a warm up but also as a way to correct your grip and rework the basics
Still can't get the 32nd note 😭 when I start my right hand starts to go offbeat since I was born a lefty but later on was forcefully taught to write with right hand. There are some things where my left hand dominates and since I recently started practicing drumming I realised my left hand is still dominant. I don't know why I cannot maintain the form on my right hand when it hits the 32nd note.
Dont try to follow the speed of video at any cost. Slow down your metronome to 40 or 50 bpm or reduce play tempo on youtube. its not about the amount of the speed, its about doubling it properly
ok 2nd time trying this and already improving. the fatigue in the arm isnt messing up my timing as much lol. ive never done an exercise like this thanks man
Great video! On the other hand found it weird you didn't actually practice this for the full time and instead copy and pasted the clips together. I'm sure you don't need the practice like the people you made this video for but always best to set the example
Thanks for this video ... I followed the entire exercise....i always thought i have a gripping issue in left hand ...but after completing this exercise my right hand was hurting .....i am confused whether i was wrong about my gripping technique....any tips on this ?
first time trying this. My left hand is awful. Can't get it to rebound right like my right hand, and end up hitting it twice for some reason like small vibration. Also struggling with the 32s
Just an observation. The right hand accents should also be practiced with the left as well, and this exercise practiced with no accents at all to get both hands to sound even and consistent. I’m also surprised that you put together a bunch of small clips and patched them together to create this exercise. It’s only a 12 minute exercise and by actually doing all three with no cuts and edits except the few seconds between the three, shows people it can be done and really motivates them to practice and set goals.

Hey! I’m really glad it helped!! You’re welcome! Thanks for the support!

A great starter video for me. I really appreciate this helpful tool to play along to. Thank you Alejandro. Respect.

Спасибо, что показываете.
Спасибо, что показываете работу палочками. А то в других видео только буквы и метроном.

Evans Realfeel gang. Such a simple, but perfect pad. Great video!

Just perfect, need to learn this to teach my son

Do you provide lesson plan for beginners?
Helps a lot tbh
Lovely 🌹
Classy vdo😎
Nice cover I wish if I have one
What should you do if you struggle right away with the 32nd notes? I can’t go that fast and I start to gallop
This is so satisfying!
I love this
do you use ghost notes on the 32 or that's just full on speed?
does anyone else notice how the sound of each stick is always a little different on a practice pad. like no matter what you do
The metronome is running too hence the difference in sound.
first time trying this. My left hand is awful. Can't get it to rebound right like my right hand, and end up hitting it twice for some reason like small vibration. Also struggling with the 32s
This mfer playing a loop. Lol
Notice his feet
I’m lmao the whole time but still playing along. 😂
Imagine doing this with the paradiddles 😫
Upload more of these exercises!
I'm stronger with my left. Is it bad if I start with the left at the 32nd notes instead of the right?
Make video for 4th to 6th

Scorro repetir isso 54x
32nd notes seem impossible as a beginner :( I guess I dont have the right technique?
