Am thankful for God and his Jesus! Am thankful for God's creation and his people he has made but like for example I always claim brother Chris and sister Lauren my family in Christ and anyone cause all God's family and its part of circle of life and are one big God's family. Totally agree. I don't listen to Christian music much anymore because it's all so similar and a lot of it anymore is slow and a worship song thrown in your face right and left...not that worship is a bad thing, it's just too much of it becomes a bit of a turn off. I’m thankful for having the discernment to know that we should not be unequally yoked with the world. FGL and Thomas Rhett may claim to have faith but the bible tells us we will know them by their fruits. They produce songs that glorify drunkenness and alcohol, debauchery, promiscuity and a lifestyle that is anything but founded on Christ. I know at one time I was taken in by this and their music helped fuel my sinful activity. I have since repented and dedicated my life to Christ and am thankful to him for calling me out of my old life. Chris, just be aware that Christians that listen to your music may now explore the music of FGL and Thomas Rhett and babes in Christ may not have the discernment to keep on track. Your music is a ministry whether you think it is or not, and that gives you great responsibility before the Lord. My comments are out of love for you and love for the Church. May The Holy Spirit speak to you on this.

If you can sing about Jesus on Sunday and then sing about getting drunk and hooking up on Monday, there needs to be a true heart evaluation. What we need to do is pray these men would get saved and use their considerable talents for God because they have large platforms by which they could reach millions of souls.

It’s disappointing, I try not to judge because I don’t know there hearts and they could be true Christians but it’s hard to maintain your testimony when you sing about those things.
