yeah This version runs on DOS Os ,it does not support mouse ,you should use keyboard.

I get to the symantec screen and nothing else happens there, its just the grey block with symantec logo. This is on a windows xp pro laptop

you should use FAT32 for your boot drive

That's not norton 15, that is 11 version..
