- How to make moist and fluffy Banana Muffin with streusel.
Here's what you'll need:
3 large mashed overripe bananas (1 cup or 250g)
1 cup brown sugar (200g)
1/3 cup melted butter (75ml)
3 tbsps oil (45ml)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup plain yogurt or milk (60ml)
2 tsps vanilla extract (10ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
2 tsp baking powder (10g)
1/2 tsp baking soda (3g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (3g)
