Thank you for this very professional, highly informative discussion!! I am 74 and was initially diagnosed by my dentist, who commented on the swollen lymph nodes under my chin and about my neck. Later, MD Anderson blood tests and CT scans showed 25+ WBC and abdominal lymph nodes as large as an orange. I recently completed my 6 month Obinutuzumab regimen and now only take Venclexta every day. I had zero complications with Obinutuzumab, other than repeated lethargy and mild chills on day 2 after my infusions. My lymph nodes have shrunk by more than 50%. My biggest concern at this time is my immune system's response to my 2 Moderna vaccinations. I volunteered blood samples at 2 intervals for a Leukemia & Lymphoma Society clinical antibody survey. Both samples came back "negative - no Covid antibodies detected". Today, I donated a vial of blood to a follow-up Leukemia & Lymphoma Society survey for T-cell response. I will not be given individual results in this case, only a general summary of overall results. I want and will insist upon a 3rd Covid booster shot.

I had obrutimab last year for 6 months with chorambicil tablets and I have now had a fairly nice year of normal life apart from the pandemic! Brilliant medical team so kind and caring

My WBC count has steadily risen over the past 18 months of W&W. Next appointment in 2 months. The advances in CLL research and development are encouraging. I am very hopeful and this video and the doctors presenting are encouraging. Thank you so much.

My wife is a recent dx with CLL. She has been classified stage one. Only symptoms are a little lymph swelling. W&W for now.
