I just looked up a, 1973 Leyland Moke, it looks more like an off-road utility vehicle, then something you would drive on the street that would be registered.

ARednecksLife they are complianced for aus roads, our old one was a great farm car / shooting rig. Pretty hopeless in the rain. She can drive it one day but only knows how to drive autos at the moment.
