i somewhat disagree to your strategy of farming placement in the first game because in last weeks cash cup i got 3rd in my first game and then got into some really stacked games and was unable to really play it out like i would have if maybe i got a 25 ish point game in my first game, getting lower elo, and then getting a 2nd or 3rd the next game, making me much closer to qualling while only like 40 minutes into the tournament
Oh no I completely understand that and don’t think I would earn in finals unless everything goes perfectly my way. I just want to have that feeling of making finals and playing in them

If you can qual for solo cash cup finals with a decent number of kills, you’ve mastered the basics
If you are placing top 10k + consistently I would think it would be perfect to help speedrun your improvement
