Not sure, but my gaming account got hacked when I entered my login details on a faked gaming web page. But I managed to report it early to support and got my account frozen before the hacker could steal any in-game currency from my account. I just came here to up my security so I don't have hackers gaining access to my laptop, just incase they try to in the future....hehe
This is a video about security...? The first thing you should have done is say that it's unnecessary to use an account with ADMIN permissions all the time. If, for some reason, the system needed the ADMIN password, you type it and that's it, thus reducing the risk. In addition, for greater security, the ideal is that the account with ADMIN permissions does not appear on the login screen, something very simple to do. Finally, in addition to a strong password, the best thing one can do is to add a Yubikey for the login, both for the account with limited permissions and the ADMIN account.

Never been hacked on any os because I have pretty strict firewall rules before my devices even connect to the router..
