Fun taste test!! I’m grateful to be alive! In 2020 I had my first routine colonoscopy at age 51 and found out that I have a genetic disorder that causes me to have lots of polyps (100s). In a second colonoscopy three months later, one of the polyps had cancer in it, so I had my entire colon removed. Fortunately, the cancer was contained in that one polyp and hadn’t spread anywhere else. Thanks to the amazing GI doctor who first diagnosed me, the equally amazing surgeon who did my colectomy, and my own body’s ability to heal, I am alive and healthy!

I'm so glad that they found your cancer early. I can sympathize with what you went through with your colectomy, as I have experienced it as well, as I have stage 4 colon cancer. I will be praying for your continued good health.

I’m grateful for the times in my home when everyone is asleep. The peace and quiet is so very needed for rest and rejuvenation. There’s way too much noise in this world 🌍 so those quiet times are extra special.

I'm so grateful for m family and good friends. As I get older, and need to rely on family a bit more, I realize how blessed I am to have loving children and grandchildren.

I'm grateful for my support system. My sisters and I have been helping my mom through a serious health crisis, both mental and physical health. It's been stressful and exhausting. I've been leaning heavily on my sisters and my friends. I couldn't do it without them.
I am also grateful for this.

I’m very grateful for my family and that my parents are healthy. I’m also grateful that after 36 years teaching, I get to retire after next year. Students have really changed and have a great deal of social/emotional needs which can’t be met at school, unfortunately.

Those are what we call sponge toffee in in Canada. It's not meant to be honey but looks like honeycomb. ❤
I grew up calling it sponge candy, I like in Midwest US
And honeycomb candy is always that really airy texture. So good!
I have seen it called seafoam candy at Harris Ranch on Interstate 5 in California.

The Honeycomb candy is a caramel with baking soda added when hot so it gets airy, it is not honey from a bee. Thanks for the taste test I will be looking for the raspberries for sure. I am grateful for the time I can spend with my family.

Glad to see that your feeling better Katie. I would enjoy trying the spotlight cheese and as for being grateful you both touched on things I would say as well. I have been laid up after a foot surgery so I really missed my walking routine. Now that I have finally healed after almost 7 weeks I am so happy to be out and walking again. Feels so great! Those sweet potato dog treats are classy af! Talk about pure health and no garbage. They are supposed to be chewy. It gives dogs something to work at and keeps them busy. All of the other Trader Joe’s dog treats are garbage ingredients except the salmon skin. ❤
The honeycomb is similar to seafoam which is a candy I grew up on and love. I'm ecstatic that they have a version without corn syrup! I'm grateful for my family. I have 5 wonderful children and a bonus child who are my world. I have a husband who works hard so that I can be a stay at Mom, and a Mom who I just adore.❤ Life is good 😊

We have trained them to be protectors of the chickens. They are the best breed to have a job to keep them busy.

You guys are so fun to watch! Just a suggestion or perhaps a request- could you include the price and weight of the items you review? It’d be so helpful to have that info as I make my TJs list. Also, using the freeze dried raspberries- I’ve made shortbread cookies and also buttercream with them with fantastic results!

I work at a CT Trader Joe’s and I agree the spotlight cheese is amazing. Don’t know about CA but we only had it for a few days. Hope it comes back next year. Good chance it won’t be at any stores.
I wonder if you wrapped the bread in foil it wouldn’t burn? I certainly will be buying several bags of the raspberries. I can't wait to try them! I've seen several other reviewers say they were really good. And can almost guarantee they won't be too sweet for me. If I didn't eat sweets, I just wouldn't buy them. I also can't wait to try the ube products.
I make my own sweet potato jerky for my dogs. Slice them thin and bake them on a very low setting for a long time. They are obsessed!

Great taste test. I think I would love the dried raspberries in my plain greek yogurt or in my cereal Joe's O's. For the dried papaya I would rehydrate it in some water to make it softer just to finish the bag you have, hopefully more enjoyable. I'm grateful for God, family and friends without them it would be beyond difficult to get through the tough times. They are everything and I am blessed in that way. 😊

I'm grateful for my current unexpected cancer remission. My next scan is coming up on the first, and I just pray that it continues. I'm also grateful for this channel, as it has brought me joy during my treatments.

That was a wonderful taste test with lots of different flavors and textures in it! I'm also grateful for my friends everyday, who bring the smiles in my life. From 2004 through 2008 I lost pretty much my entire one side of my family and I was closest to them. My friends have really been there for me since I lost that closeness and it has helped me through the tough times, I feel so lucky to have them and even though most of them live up in seattle, I always give hugs to my friends every Friday online and it's like a tradition we all have with our Friday hugs :-)

Calendon Farms makes sweet potato chews for dogs. They aren't to hard, ingredients: sweet potato only. My dog is picky. She loves them. They can be a little expensive depending where purchased. Chewy has good price.

I make Pink Drink dupes with the freeze dried strawberries or raspberries. Soda/freeze dried fruit/ice…then drizzle half & half or milk down the ice. Ex: Rhubard strawberry soda with freeze dried strawberries or Black raspberry Ice zero calorie drink with freeze dried raspberries. Much less expensive than Starbucks drink and less sugar!
I was in TJ yesterday and picked and put back the honeycomb candy as thought was hard for teeth - now I wish I picked up some!
I've had honeycomb candy before, but I prefer it with dark chocolate. I was initially excited when I saw that Trader Joe's had that candy until I saw it was milk chocolate. I think you may like it better with dark chocolate since it's not as sweet as milk chocolate.

Happy Saturday Katie and Tim!😊 Love your animals! I will pass on the Red Papaya. Lol. The cheese looked amazing. The freeze dried raspberries look good also. The lemon cookies and candy I will imagine them as yummy but I can't eat a lot of sugar. I am grateful for each day I am given. Having been diagnosed in 2021 with Breast Cancer and having the double mastectomy, radiation, and Letrozole I take has been quite the journey. I have things I have to deal with on a daily basis as a side effect but I am so grateful I had a chance. I am grateful for my family who has been a great support system. I am also grateful for you both and always having a smile on your face no matter what is going on in your life. Have a good rest of your weekend. 😊❤

Honey comb has been around for a very lomg time. I am old enough to be your mother and it was my favorite candy growing up. You could only find it in a candy store back then. I need to get to Trader Joe's and get some! There is no honey in honey comb.

What do you mean only cheddar is used or known? We try all kinds of cheeses on this channel not just cheddar and we are located in the US.

So don't get me wrong, because in most videos or I see it on TV only cheddar is used, so that made me wonder. Because it can't really be that only this one type of cheese is used there. Another, 'Is it just me'? I noticed Trader Joe's cooking times on so many items is way off so many times---either one has to cook it much longer or less time.

The chickens are family. The dogs know they are protecting them.
My dogs did not eat the sweet potato treats. They were so hard. They usually eat everything. I won’t be purchasing again either.

I haven't tried it yet but honeycomb & seafoam candy are the same thing. It goes by several other names too.

My dog loved the sweet potato treats but he threw up after both times I gave them to him. Nothing against the product, he just has a really sensitive stomach. I threw them out. Didn’t have anything to give them to.

I have a funny story for you,I was working at a restaurant as the pastry chef,and I made papaya sorbet,then it was my day off,and my assistant put the papaya sorbet on that’s nights menu,the manager had some with her evening meal,and immediately took it off the menu,when I came to work the next day she told me what she did,and said the papaya had gone bad,to which I replied that the papaya was fine nothing wrong with it,but she was one of the people that papaya tastes rotten too.😂

Hi guys, we bought 2 of the garlic breads aND baked one last night omg so good. I was about to grab the honeycomb chocolate but maybe I'll still try. I'm grateful for my husband.
