i’ve ordered a dorman tensioner pulley and i can’t seem to get it tight. has anyone else had issues with that?

MAYBE TIP: If you can't seem to loosen the tension by turning that hollow nut, yours may be threaded differently than shown in the video. I had to loosen the nut (counter clockwise) which then loosened the tension on the belt
